On Wednesday, April 17, Vice President Mike Pence will travel to Dallas,
Texas. There, the Vice President will participate in a Trump
Victory event. Following, he will travel to Midland, Texas where he will
visit Permian Basin Oil Field and Diamondback Oil Rig. There, the Vice
President will receive a briefing on the rig’s operation, tour the rig, and
give remarks to employees regarding the positive impacts of the
Administration’s United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Following, the Vice
President will participate in a Trump Victory event.

– From LaForce Boulevard, turn right on Earhart Drive
– Take the second exit from the roundabout onto Enterprise Lane
– Take Enterprise Lane to AST Science. It is a large gray and blue metal
building
– Parking is available in the parking lot at AST Science Building.
– Press should proceed to the main entrance of the building for
credential checks. Press will be shuttled to media area on the tarmac via a
school bus at 2:30pm.
– Media will set-up on a flatbed trailer behind bike rack located
directly in front of where Air Force Two will land.
– Air Force Two departure is *CLOSED PRESS.*

*3:40-4:25pm: *Vice President Pence receives a safety briefing,
tours the rig, and delivers remarks.

*Media Location Directions and Logistics:*

– All media are to report to Mid-Cities Community Church. There, they
will be transported via school bus to the oil rig site.
– Press credentials will be checked upon boarding the shuttle bus.
– Satellite trucks are NOT permitted.
– Press will remain positioned outside for the duration.
– This is an active industrial site: please dress appropriately and wear
closed toe footwear.
– Mult-box will be provided. Seating is not available.
– After the Vice President departs, media will be shuttled back to
Mid-Cities Community Church for departure.
