What are some delicious foods?

Antioxidants have been used for years to help people stay healthy and live longer. The latest discovery is that delicious foods can also contain antioxidants to help prevent free radicals from damaging the body. In this article I will show you some of the foods that are high in antioxidants and how they can help you live a longer, healthier life. This may surprise you!

First let’s look at a food source rich in antioxidants. Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants. It has flavonoids, polyphenols, catechins and procyanidins. In addition it contains vitamins A, C and E which are considered to be antioxidant food sources. So, if you eat dark chocolate you are not only getting a delicious treat, but you are also eating a powerful antioxidant.

What are some other delicious foods that contain antioxidants? Tomatoes contain beta carotene, which is one of the highest levels of antioxidants found in a food source. Other super foods are blueberries, prunes and red grapes. Green tea also has very high antioxidants. There are tons of other antioxidant foods that I could mention but these are some of the most important.

Now onto some delicious Asian foods. Thai peanut oil is a great example of delicious foods that contain antioxidants. Olok crab is another good choice because it is high in protein. One exotic item that we recently found in our local supermarket was coconut milk.

You can eat a dish that includes coconut milk with olok crab, noodles or mixed rice near wrong anytime of the day. I also recently had a delicious meal with mixed rice near nyong, chicken curry and a dessert of spicy brown rice. All of this was prepared using coconut milk.

Another delicious item is grippling or sticking gumbo. It uses thickening agents like ketchup or sauce to add more flavor to a meal. For a dessert, you can add fresh fruit like peach, pear, apricot or lemon slices. You can also use ice cubes for sticky rice, fried or roasted sweet potatoes and many other savory recipes.

For a lunchtime meal, I had grilled tenderloin along with some radish and red cabbage. The radish and green tea gave a nice kick of antioxidants. For dinner I enjoyed baked sweet potato with steamed asparagus and mushrooms. All of these dishes contained a generous amount of antioxidants.

These are just two of many delicious food sources for antioxidants. Antioxidants are important for overall health as they fight free radicals that can cause damage to cells in the body. The antioxidants found in green leafy vegetables and fruits fight free radicals. When we eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, we provide our bodies with a range of antioxidant flavors.

Prabu Bestari Wine is one of the healthiest wines you will drink. The grapes used in the making of this wine have been used in some of the finest restaurants all around the world. This wine is made by fermenting the corkscrew grapes with an enzyme-creating wine agent called malic acid.

I made this gospel chicken salad for our family home evening. I had some sliced scallions on my finger tips before I started to toss them into my salad. I then added some thinly sliced radishes and carrot and celery along with a cherry tomato and piece of ginger. I served it with a piece of white bread that I had cut into slices and invited my guest to dip their bread into it.

For our second mission trip, I decided to make some brunch foods that my missionary friends and I really enjoy. We made some delicious pork chops, which we ate with some peach salsa and served them with some slices of Brazilian sweetbread. Then we cooked up some collard greens in coconut oil and invited our missionary friends to invite their sweet taste buds. We also grilled some tenderloin along with some onions and garlic. We served it up with a fresh tossed salad that we had made using cabbage leaves and some carrots.

Last but not least, for our third mission trip, I decided to make some mangoes and distribute them to everyone. I knew that some of my primary friends from the Philippines would be thrilled about receiving some mangoes as a gift. Plus, I also knew that they would love the invite I had sent out to my friends back in the Philippines. I served it up along with some roasted potatoes and some delicious sweet potatoes that my primary friend brought from home. It was a simple way to thank my Filipino friends for coming and serving me for my missionary work!
